On Sunday 9 September 2018  Hackney Carnival will once again hit the streets of Hackney from 1pm-8pm. Residents and visitors alike will enjoy the spectacular carnival parade, a live music stage, sound systems, street food, and all-day play areas for kids and more !

There are many volunteer roles, in the lead-up, during and after the carnival. Volunteers must be over 18 and will be paid a £20 Love 2 Shop voucher . Training will be provided for roles such as stewarding and event management roles. This will be a great opportunity for those who want experience in events as well as a great experience to add to your CV.
