Young, musically talented and based in Hackney? Want the chance to perform on one of the most iconic stages in London?

Showcase your talent by entering the Alter Ego competition, part of Hackney Council’s Discover Young Hackney Festival 2017. Finalists will be mentored by top industry professionals – and will perform alongside headline acts in front of over a thousand people at the Alter Ego 2017 Final, Friday 19 May at Hackney Empire.

Last year’s event featured headliners Kojey Radical, Ghetts, SNE, Paigey Cakey and Mandem On The Wall.
