The ‘Uganites’ – a group of ten young people from Hackney Quest –have just returned from a life-changing trip to Africa where they helped to coach other young people as sports leaders.

Travelling to Uganda, they used their leadership skills to coach school children in the run up to an inter-school tournament, renovated an orphanage, visited a number of local schools and faced up to a heap of challenges…

The Tag Rugby Trust is a rugby based charity that was formed in 2002. They support volunteering projects to teach tag rugby to children in some of the poorest regions of the world.  Tag rugby is a simple, fun and easy way for people to communicate and work together as a team.
